What to Expect from a Reiki session
A Reiki session is a deeply relaxing and nurturing experience, typically lasting between 30 to 90 minutes in a peaceful, calming environment.
You’ll remain fully clothed, comfortably lying on a treatment table or seated in a chair, as the practitioner gently places their hands on or just above your body in specific positions to encourage the natural flow of energy.
Many people feel a soothing warmth, gentle tingling, or a deep sense of calm as stress and tension melt away. Some may even experience an emotional release or a renewed sense of energy and clarity, feeling lighter, refreshed and more balanced.
